At Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations, most cases do not require a deposit to schedule an examination. Certain types of cases will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment and you will be informed of this during your free phone consultation.
The fee for your test will be disclosed before a test will be scheduled. The fee is due in-full prior to the examination taking place. This helps ensure that you are paying for a scientifically validated examination. If you pay a fee after the examination, some could suggest you are simply paying for the result and not a real test.
At Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations, you are paying for a professional, thorough, confidential and scientifically validated examination. Each test is submitted for quality control validation by other professional polygraph examiners at no additional charge to you. For treatment providers, law firms, certain businesses and government agencies, billing options can be established in lieu of the pre-payment requirement.

If you are informed by Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations that a deposit will be required to make an appointment for your specific case, please use the link below to make your deposit or pay your test fee in full. Once payment is made, the appointment will be scheduled at the next available time.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the examination without incurring a fee. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your examination, you will be billed a nominal fee. A "No show" will result in a 50% fee billing.
If your test requires a deposit, that deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or "No shows". If you paid for your test in-full, the remainder will be refunded.
