John Clary, Owner / Lead Examiner / Investigator


John Clary is the owner of Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations, LLC, and is the lead examiner. He is a Certified Forensic Psychophysiologist, trained in the art and science of the detection of deception. John closely follows the professional guidelines set forth by the American Polygraph Association and the American Association of Police Polygraphists.

Limestone Technologies Computerized Polygraph Instrument is used exclusively to ensure quality, accuracy and reliability. This is the latest technologically advanced computerized polygraph instrumentation. All examinations are conducted in a thorough, comprehensive and confidential manner. Each examination is also reviewed by additional examiner(s) for quality control to ensure professional, accurate results.

John has been in law enforcement for over 25 years. In addition to patrol duties, he has also been a Master K9 Handler, Field Training Officer, SWAT Operator/Training Coordinator and SWAT Instructor, Narcotics Detective and has nearly 20 years of investigation experience as a Major Crimes Detective and supervisor. He graduated from the Marston Polygraph Academy, an American Polygraph Association accredited school, that is also recognized by the National Polygraph Association and the American Association of Police Polygraphists.

Forensic Psychophysiology has been a passion of John's for his entire career. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor concentration in psychology.

Brigit Clary, Investigator / Interviewer


Brigit has been in law enforcement for over 20 years.  She spent over seven years as a homicide/major crimes detective. She has also worked as a detective in property and financial crimes. Brigit was the Major Crimes Detective Lieutenant responsible for supervising a team of major crimes detectives and directing investigations.  

In addition to homicide investigations, Brigit has specialized training in sex crimes investigations, and is qualified in forensic child interviewing.

Other areas of extensive experience and training are; criminal interrogation, crime scene investigation, and law enforcement background investigations for pre-employment. Brigit has worked in patrol, serving as a Field Training Officer, and on the Major Accident Investigation Team. She is also a Drug Recognition Expert Instructor and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor


Brigit conducts professional interviews for companies conducting pre-employment background interviews. She also conducts pre-employment background investigations.
