At Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations, most cases will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment and you will be informed of this during your free consultation.
The fee for your test will be disclosed before a test will be scheduled. The fee is due in-full prior to the examination taking place.
At Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations, you are paying for a professional, thorough, confidential and scientifically validated examination. Each test is submitted for quality control validation by other professional polygraph examiners at no additional charge to you.
For treatment providers, law firms, certain businesses and government agencies, billing options can be established in lieu of the pre-payment requirement.
If you are informed by Equalizer Polygraph and Investigations that a deposit will be required to make an appointment for your specific case, please use the link above to make your deposit or pay your test fee in full.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the examination without incurring a fee to reschedule a test. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
A cancellation with less than 12 hours notice or a "No show" will result in a 100% fee billing.
If your test requires a deposit, that deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or "No shows". If you paid for your test in-full, the remainder will be refunded if you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. You must schedule the test within 30 days of payment to obtain a refund unless otherwise mutually agreed.
